Pre heat oven to 200°C gas mark 4, take-off all the packaging, loosely cover with foil or parchment & put it on a tray in the middle of oven for a guide time of about 20 - 25 minutes, 30 - 35 minutes from frozen. Remove foil to crisp for the last 5 mins if required.

Keep it the fridge below 5°C, they are also suitable for freezing just use it within a month. Once de-frosted, eat it within 24 hours & don’t re-freeze.
